With that in mind, the H + Co team will, in addition to supporting you directly, also will be supporting the wider business community to anyone in need at this time.
Our response to the COVID-19 Pandemic
As the COVID-19 crisis continues to escalate and impact the Australian market, we have taken on board the government’s recommendations and guidelines and felt it necessary to implement the following changes in order to act in the best interest of our team, clients and those around us.
The workplace
Effective immediately we have temporarily closed our physical office locations and enacted our disaster recovery plan. Our team will now fully operate remotely from home.
However rest assured, nothing will change. We are well prepared with our systems fully integrated to ensure a seamless transition to the remote environment. Our phone lines will ring as normal with the bubbly team ready to assist.
For the time being we will be conducting meetings with Zoom, Google Hangouts or Microsoft Teams Meetings. One of the perks of being tech-driven!
Operating Hours
To ensure we are fully able to meet the growing and immediate needs of our clients and the community, we have decided to extend our operating hours effective from 24 March, 2020. We will now open from 7.30am through to 7pm. This will be in place until further notice.
Important updates and communication
Over the coming days, we will be updating you with important information surrounding the recently announced government economic response to COVID-19. So keep an eye on your emails!
In addition you can expect a call personal from us to discuss the specific impact of the economic response on your business.
The Future
Given the ever changing environment, our team are meeting regularly to discuss any developments that may present. We are hopeful that things will settle quickly and move back to normal operations. However should this not occur we are prepared to go too any lengths in order to support our client’s requirements.
